PRE ORDER Rainbow Beetle Brooch (Chrysolina Fatuosa) Just lighter green colouring on body left now so will look like the one on the white background and pendant (see listing)

This striking beetle was inspired by the Chrysolina Fatuosa Beetle which is tiny in real life but is just as colourful as this brooch. The brooch is quite a statement piece that looks quite psychedelic! It features iridescent acrylic that has been backed to make it look opaque as well as red, orange dark blue and yellow mirror acrylic, all backed with 3mm black Perspex. Please note that there is some variation in the iridescent acrylic. I have managed to make 17 out f the original sheet but if these go into pre order they will be more toned like the pendant (see photo); the body will be a lighter green at the straight on angle.

Please note that the mirror can look slightly different; kind of smoky around the edges due to the acrylic being so thin. It doesn't show a lot or in photos but I've priced them accordingly.

The design measures approximately 63(h)mm x 47mm(w) and has a medium sized brooch back glued horizontally on the back.
All work is solely done by Rock The Panda designer and maker Ruth Anna Moore in Sheffield, United Kingdom.
The brooch has the Rock The Panda logo and year made engraved on the back and comes in it's own box. All Rock The Panda designs will be limited. They won't ever be mass produced.

Important Info -

Due to my works handmade nature and the fact that some of the acrylic sheet is handmade itself, there will be slight differences in each piece and may be minor imperfections.
Stainless steel is very resilient to tarnish but it may darken slightly over time.
Acrylic can be quite delicate. Handle with care, clean with a soft microfibre cloth and keep your brooch/necklace in the box provided when not being worn. Each piece is water resistant but not waterproof. Please don't immerse in water.

Rock The Panda jewellery is not a toy. Please keep out of reach of children under 3 years old due to small parts and a potential choking hazard. Chains on necklaces may be a strangulation hazard, particularly if they get entangled or caught on other objects. Wear with care. Brooch pins may cause pricking injury if mishandled. Handle with care, keep them pinned to the foam pad provided or on clothes when worn. If the acrylic of a product is broken from eg. dropping, sharp edges may occur and may cause injury such as cuts and scratches if mishandled whilst loose pieces may be a choking hazard.

Rock The Panda jewellery is also not suitable for children under 12 years old.

The chains and findings used comply with British and European nickel release regulations (REACH Standards)
