PRE ORDER Small Chinese Dragon Necklace BLUE/GREEN

I've always admired Chinese dragons and Lunar year of the dragon was the perfect time to design one! Chinese dragons don't tend to breathe fire, they breathe clouds instead so you'll often see them surrounded by clouds and flying  around in the air. This was the third colourway I made and I made it specifically for those who prefer silver tone as well as cool tones. I'd say it's the least traditional looking out of the ones released so far so it felt like a slight risk to create; it's maybe a little unusual and I wasn't sure it would make sense! It's quite subtly coloured. The blue/green/white pearlescent marble acrylic is the stand out feature of the dragon and it is a very varied acrylic so bear in mind that there will be variation and no two dragons will be exactly the same.

I've pushed myself really hard with this collection and I've spent quite some time on it to get it right. I hope you like the designs!

This is a quite a striking yet small piece that measures approximately w130mm x h79mm when worn. The main body consists of a beautiful hand mixed acrylic that has white, green and blue running through it, and it is accented with metallic pale blue acrylic, metallic green, plain baby blue, plain dark blue and pearlescent white for the eye and teeth. The chain and findings are made from anti tarnish stainless steel so it shouldn't tarnish for years at least! I'm wearing the necklace on the shortest length in the photo. The chain measures approximately 38.5cm extending to 49.5cm. If you think you'll need extra length you can message me or leave me a note for a couple more inches of the main chain but I will say that the necklace can't really be worn any lower as I don't think it will sit right. Also bear in mind that the body is a large piece of acrylic so slight scratches/blemishes may appear as it will be difficult to avoid them when cutting the piece
All work is solely done by Rock The Panda designer and maker Ruth Anna Moore in Sheffield, United Kingdom.
The necklace has the Rock The Panda logo and year it was designed (2024) engraved on the back, and comes in it's own box.

All Rock The Panda designs will be limited. They won't ever be mass produced.

Important Info -
Due to my works handmade nature and the fact that some of the acrylic sheet is handmade itself, there will be slight differences in each piece and may be minor imperfections.
Stainless steel is very resilient to tarnish but it may darken slightly over time.

Acrylic can be quite delicate. Handle with care, clean with a soft microfibre cloth and keep your brooch/necklace in the box provided when not being worn. Each piece is water resistant but not waterproof. Please don't immerse in water. Some acrylic, particularly pearl marble acrylic can deteriorate with time (years usually). The surface becomes slightly of pitted/blemished. This can't be avoided unfortunately.

Please be aware that different lighting and being viewed on various screens can show colours slightly differently.

Shipping -

Orders are shipped in either boxes or in thick padded jiffy green envelopes both of which are recyclable. Tissue paper is used as padding and also biodegradable bubble wrap to protect pieces such as necklaces. Please re use or recycle the packaging responsibly.

If you're outside of the UK just be aware that you may get a custom fee upon delivery.
Shipping outside of the UK is tracked. UK orders are posted with Tracked 48hr but you can upgrade to tracked 24 or special delivery at the checkout. Orders to Australia can take 2-8 weeks to arrive. Due to Brexit orders to Europe can now take anywhere between 2-3 weeks to arrive.
