PRE ORDER Owl Brooch - 'Forest'

Inspired by a mixture of folk art, owls and with a slight retro vibe, this owl brooch is laser cut from acrylic and assembled by hand. It is a sweet, wearable piece that measures approximately h6.9cm x w3.8cm and features a mixture of hand mixed marble, frosted, faux tortoiseshell, plain Perspex and mirror acrylic, as well as 4mm American black walnut for the branch and poplar plywood for the base of the brooch. The brooch pin is a slightly smaller at 25mm than my usual 30mm brooch backs but this allows me to glue them on horizontally so that they sit on material better. Note that there is a little variation in the acrylic used. I always attach brooch backs on brooches horizontally with a strong glue. All work is solely done by Rock The Panda designer and maker Ruth Anna Moore in Sheffield, United Kingdom.
The brooch has the Rock The Panda logo and year made engraved on the back and comes in it's own box.

All Rock The Panda designs will be limited. They won't ever be mass produced.

Important Info -
Due to my works handmade nature and the fact that some of the acrylic sheet is handmade itself, there will be slight differences in each piece and may be minor imperfections.
Stainless steel is very resilient to tarnish but it may darken slightly over time.

Acrylic can be quite delicate. Handle with care, clean with a soft microfibre cloth and keep your brooch/necklace in the box provided when not being worn. Each piece is water resistant but not waterproof. Please don't immerse in water. Some acrylic, particularly pearl marble acrylic can deteriorate with time (years usually). The surface becomes sort of pitted. This can't be avoided unfortunately.

Shipping -

Orders are shipped in either boxes or in thick padded jiffy green envelopes both of which are recyclable. Tissue paper is used as padding and also biodegradable bubble wrap to protect pieces such as necklaces. Please re use or recycle the packaging responsibly.

If you're outside of the UK just be aware that you may get a custom fee upon delivery.
Shipping outside of the UK is tracked. UK orders are posted with Tracked 24hr, Tracked48hr or special delivery (you decide at the checkout). Orders to Australia can take 2-8 weeks to arrive. Due to Brexit orders to Europe can now take anywhere between 2-3 weeks to arrive.
