PRE ORDER Toadstool Statement Bib Necklace - Autumn. New improved fit & with Maple veneered MDF backing

Inspired by a love of toadstools and nature, this Autumnal toadstool necklace is completely laser cut from acrylic sheet right down to the spots on the caps! It is a very detailed, unique piece that measures approximately h8.1cm x w13cm and features forest green and brown Perspex, frosted green Perspex, marble yellow, white, red, orange and brown hand mixed acrylic as well as solid cherry wood, solid maple wood and ash veneered plywood all assembled onto an hand sanded and varnished 4mm American maple veneered MDF base (pre 2025 was 3mm poplar plywood). The loops connecting the chain have also been enlarged since the original was made in 2021 for practicality. All work is solely done by Rock The Panda designer and maker Ruth Anna Moore in Sheffield, United Kingdom. The chain is made from stainless steel 304 and measures approximately 36cm but it also comes with a 9cm extender chain. The chain is being worn at it's shortest length in the photos. You can also request a gold tone stainless steel chain via the notes. Note that the grain of the wood can vary between pieces but I do check wooden pieces before assembling and I don't send any out that I wouldn't be happy to receive myself.

The necklace has the Rock The Panda logo and year made engraved on the back and comes in it's own box.

There is matching earrings available and the necklace also comes in the woodland colourway.

All Rock The Panda designs will be limited. They won't ever be mass produced.

Important Info -

Due to my works handmade nature and the fact that some of the acrylic sheet is handmade itself, there will be slight differences in each piece and may be minor imperfections. I think this adds to their unique charm!
Stainless steel is very resilient to tarnish but it may darken slightly over time.

Acrylic can be quite delicate. Handle with care, clean with a soft microfibre cloth and keep your brooch/necklace in the box provided when not being worn. Each piece is water resistant but not waterproof. Please don't immerse in water. Some acrylic, particularly pearl marble acrylic can deteriorate with time (years usually). The surface becomes sort of pitted. This can't be avoided unfortunately.

Safety Information -

Rock The Panda jewellery is not a toy. Please keep out of reach of children under 3 years old due to small parts and a potential choking hazard. Chains on necklaces may be a strangulation hazard, particularly if they get entangled or caught on other objects. Wear with care. Brooch pins may cause pricking injury if mishandled. Handle with care, keep them pinned to the foam pad provided or on clothes when worn. If the acrylic of a product is broken from eg. dropping, sharp edges may occur and may cause injury such as cuts and scratches if mishandled whilst loose pieces may be a choking hazard.

Rock The Panda jewellery is also not suitable for children under 12 years old.
