I really wanted to create pieces that I'll be proud of for years to come. I really tried to capture a more 3D, true to life embodiment of the tiger and I'm now super happy with it and the work I've put into it. I hope you are too. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a quite a striking brooch that measures approximately h80mm x w61mm when worn. The tigers face consists of a beautiful metallic white acrylic. white pearl marble acrylic, gloss black Perspex, a pink pearl nose and mirror blue eyes. If you don't like mirror acrylic, you can request to change this, though I should say that other acrylic tends to darken when inserted into black. Despite the extra layers and it being a good size brooch, the clever layering means it is quite light and very wearable, weighing in at 35g. It has a large horizontal stainless steel brooch back secured to the back and the way it's layered means the brooch sits more snuggly against fabric when worn ( see photo of the back). There is some clear 1mm acrylic at the back which means you can see the glue through it a little at the back but not from the front.\u003cbr\u003eAll work is solely done by Rock The Panda designer and maker Ruth Anna Moore in Sheffield, United Kingdom. \u003cbr\u003eThe brooch has the Rock The Panda logo and year it was designed (2026) engraved on the back, and comes in it's own box.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll Rock The Panda designs will be limited. They won't ever be mass produced.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePlease note that metallic acrylic can have the very odd tiny bubble like marks. I'll do my best to avoid them but I can't guarantee it completely.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eImportant Info -\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDue to my works handmade nature and the fact that some of the acrylic sheet is handmade itself, there will be slight differences in each piece and may be minor imperfections. \u003cbr\u003eStainless steel is very resilient to tarnish but it may darken slightly over time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAcrylic can be quite delicate. Handle with care, clean with a soft microfibre cloth and keep your brooch\/necklace in the box provided when not being worn. Each piece is water resistant but not waterproof. Please don't immerse in water. Some acrylic, particularly pearl marble acrylic can deteriorate with time (years usually). The surface becomes slightly of pitted\/blemished. Brooch pins may \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ecause pricking injury if mishandled. Handle with care, keep them pinned to the foam pad provided or on clothes when worn.
