The main body consists of a striking frosted iridescent acrylic which has been customised\/backed to create a more coral toned opaque acrylic which shines through all the colours of a sunset (light red, purplish pink, coral, orange and yellow) as it moves and shows differently in different lights. It's then accented with plain coral Perspex as well as a gloss iridescent acrylic which has also been backed - (pink and then white for the eyes). All hand assemble onto thin layers of clear acrylic to coordinate beautifully with the transparent edges of the iridescent acrylic. The clear backing, means that you can see the glue from the back (see photo) but it means that it looks so much better from the front. The chain and findings are made from anti tarnish stainless steel so the jump rings won't need changing. Choose between gold plated and regular silver tone. I'm wearing the necklace on the shortest length in the photos and it measures approximately 37cm extending to 46cm. If you think you'll need extra length you can message me or leave me a note for a couple more inches of the main chain but I will say that the necklace can't really be worn any lower as I don't think it will sit right. Please note with this one that there may be slight variation in tone to the iridescent acrylic. Please also be careful not to scratch the underneath of the exposed iridescent acrylic backing underneath on the sucker parts as like the backing on mirrored acrylic, rough handling can cause it to scratch off. It doesn't touch any surfaces when it's laid flat though so it should be okay, especially if stored on it'd foam pad in the box it will arrive in. The main body consists of a striking frosted iridescent acrylic which has been customised\/backed to create a more coral toned opaque acrylic which shines through all the colours of a sunset (light red, purplish pink, coral, orange and yellow) as it moves and shows differently in different lights. It's then accented with plain coral Perspex, mid pink Perspex and white iridescent acrylic eyes. All hand assemble onto a 3mm plain coral base. Due to the size, I wasn't able to use the gloss iridescent acrylic in this piece and I've also had to change the jump ring placement too so the tentacles had to be simplified into just engraved plain coral. That said, it is still a very striking piece which measures approximately 11.5cm(w) x 10.2cm(h) . The chain and findings are made from anti tarnish stainless steel so the jump rings won't need changing. Choose between gold plated and regular silver tone. I'm wearing the necklace on the shortest length in the photos and it measures approximately 37cm extending to 48cm. If you think you'll need extra length you can message me or leave me a note for a couple more inches of the main chain but I will say that the necklace can't really be worn any lower as I don't think it will sit right. If you wear brooches on your right side, I'd advise asking me to flip the design as this one sits and hangs better when facing towards you. You can leave me a note or email me to flip it. It's then accented with plain light purple Perspex, plain magenta acrylic and has white toned iridescent acrylic eyes. All hand assemble onto a 2mm plain matching purple base. The small versions measures approximately 90mm(w) x 70mm(h) whilst the larger medium size version measures approximately 11cm(w) x 10.2(h). Both are nice and easy to wear. It's then accented with plain light purple Perspex, plain magenta acrylic and white toned iridescent acrylic eyes. All hand assemble onto a 3mm plain matching purple base. Due to the size, I wasn't able to use the gloss iridescent acrylic in this piece and I've also had to change the jump ring placement too so the tentacles had to be simplified into just engraved plain purple. That said, it is still a very striking piece which measures approximately 11.5cm(w) x 10.2cm(h) . The chain and findings are made from anti tarnish stainless steel so the jump rings won't need changing. Choose between gold plated and regular silver tone. I'm wearing the necklace on the shortest length in the photos and it measures approximately 37cm extending to 48cm. If you think you'll need extra length you can message me or leave me a note for a couple more inches of the main chain but I will say that the necklace can't really be worn any lower as I don't think it will sit right.
